International Women’s Day 2017 quote

I posted this quote by Rupi Kaur (who is regularly on point) on my personal social media yesterday for the excellently PR’d International Women’s Day. Something this spot on should be regularly re-posted so I felt it necessary to add to my blog too.

So the point of this post is – it really did resonate with me. We spend so much time judging people on what they were born with instead of who they are and how far they have come, which to me and I’m sure most people, really is what we should be celebrating. Not what we were blessed with physically.

Happy Thursday!
