I found this article on one of my favourite blogs Garance Dore. It’s a little post about how to eat a balanced without taking yourself too seriously. I hear people talking about diets all the time, whether amongst themselves or ask me what I do (because often people who don’t play sport think you’re a health and fitness guru! Haha). And I just say I eat everything in moderation cause that’s really it, but I know some people don’t believe me!
