Chrissy Teigen Brightens An Otherwise Dull Grammys

Plenty of gossip has been thrown around after the Grammys, with all the usual suspects including comments made by a childish Kanye, bad dance moves courtesy of Taylor Swift and too much flesh by Kimmy K. I swear it’s the same every year.

I never pay much attention to the actual winners, however, judging outfits is always frivolous fun.

Disappointingly, this year’s selection was rather underwhelming. Rihanna looked like a cupcake from a six year old’s birthday party, Beyonce, Kim Kardashian and Lady Gaga OD’d on sequins and cleavage, and while Kylie and Kendall Jenner’s dress choices weren’t hideous, the amount of cosmetic filler in Kylie’s 16 year old face terrifies me. Nicki Minaj looked downright demure in Tom Ford, which was also nothing short of weird for her style.

Alas, there was one shining light in the form of Chrissy Teigen. The model and wife of one of my all time favourites, singer John Legend, stole the show in a gorgeous Emilio Pucci gown, soft beach waves and flawless neutral makeup. I would personally like to thank Chrissy for restoring my faith in the Grammys for one more year.

Honourable mentions go to Taylor Swift in Elie Saab, someone called Zendaya who I’ve never heard of, but she looks stunning in Vivienne Westwood, and Aussie Giraffe Nicole Kidman in Thierry Mugler. (Images courtesy of and

Chrissy Teigen – great genes aside, you killed it!

Until next time!
