This recipe is truly delicious, and I don’t even mean that in the “it’s good because it’s sugar-free but if I could add sugar I would” kinda way.

I enjoy tweaking recipes, with last week’s version including cacao and crunchy butter. Other things you can do is change nut butters, for example macadamia nut, or add spices like cinnamon etc.
The best part about this recipe is that it is super delicious AND incredibly easy. Seriously, if you struggle to make this little delight you should probably hang up your apron for good. You don’t even need an oven!
Sometimes tweaks work, other times they fail. I feel like this time I definitely succeeded (just sayin).
